Mussels with rice

Introduction

Time for some sea food ...

Materials

Mussels without the shell
Onion
Garlic
Fresh parsley
Tomatoe puree
Vegetable oil
Salt
Lemon

Procedure

1. Heat some vegetable oil and fry the cut onion, garlic and parsley
2. Add the mussels, mix and fry everything together
3. Add some tomato puree and keep frying for a about a minute
4. Add rice and water 3 times the volume of rice
5. Cook till the rice is soft enough
6. Spice with salt and lemon juice
