Fish with avokado

Introduction

Something fatty, green ... and more or less healthy.

Materials

Fish fillet
Soya sauce
Olive oil
Avocado
Mayonase
Mustard
Garlic

Procedure

1. Soak the fish fillet in soya sauce overnight
2. Fry the fish fillet in heated olive oil
2. Take the fish out of the frying pan
3. If needed add more olive oil and fry the peeled and cut garlic clove
4. Add the chopped avokado and mix
5. Add mayonase and mustard, mix and smash everything with a fork ... the sauce is ready.

Results



Discussion

Except the mayonase, the white bread and the frying everything else is healthy.

You don't have to post a recipe cause I don't believe anyone would wanna eat this, it looks like vomited. I think you might have some kind of mental disorder, I mean this is a food blog, not a creepy dishes blog, isn't it ?! Wish You all the best though!

to make it look better - blend the avokado thing and put some parslay leaves on top of it and cut the tomatoes in very small cubes and all this put in a black dish
